For our 24th Wedding Anniversary we decided to embrace the fact we live in Arizona!
100 degrees F - doesn't scare us into staying inside.
We ventured out to Canyon Lake (it is about 45 mins from us, not bad).
The drive is really pretty.
Well, in the desert beauty sense! :)
Some of the roads were a bit steep and windy,
and we couldn't help but imagine driving our RV
on the roads as we followed this one most of the way.
He wasn't going 20...
Finally, we got closer (and so did they!).

Finally, we made it!
We partook in Dinner / Sunset Cruise
by the Dolly Steam Boat
Great views and dinner!
It was warm, but really fun.
It is hard to see, but there are Mountain Goats on the hills.
No better way to end a day - than Sunset on the water...
Well, maybe with this cutie!
